  1. As of Version 2.01, total file size of SCARYFISH is under 360K, so you can
  2. easily run it from a 360K disk.  Make a backup if you haven't yet.

  4. You can run the game from a floppy, but a hard drive has faster disk
  5. access.  All the game's files should be in the same directory.  The *.SF2
  6. files must be in the current directory for the game to work.  It's a good
  7. idea to give the game its own directory.  Installation example below with 
  8. the master floppy disk in drive A and the hard drive C:
  9.         C:\
  10.         MKDIR SCARY
  11.         CD\SCARY
  12.         COPY A:\
  13.  
  14. If the game's files are archived/compressed, you must decompress them 
  15. before running the game.  If a file called SCARY2Z.EXE exists, type
  16. 'SCARY2Z' and it will self-extract (might be called INSTALL.EXE).

  18. To run the game, type 'SCARY2'.  If you have the 80286 version and the
  19. appropriate computer, type 'SCARY286'.

  21. Vendors: if you have your own install program / help file, you can exclude
  22. this file (README1.TXT).  In any case you can exclude these 2 lines.
